Planning Permission

1. Planning permission is typically only required if you live in an area of conservation or a listed building.
2. If your property is less than 1 year old, you may have to seek permission from the property developers.
3. If a structure is over the height of 3.0 meters you will need to seek planning permission.
4. If a structure is within 1 meter of your properties boundary and over 2.5 meters, you will need to seek planning permission.
